A magical medley of readings and music celebrating our relationship with land and sea
Philip Marsden celebrates Cornwall's capacity to conjure stories, reading passages from his books The Bronski House, The Levelling Sea, Rising Ground, The Summer Isles and Under a Metal Sky - all beginning in Cornwall but taking in other centuries and countries.
Claire Ingleheart sings and plays traditional music alongside her own creations, with her vocal group Femmes de la Mer providing a velvet backdrop of sound for Philip’s storytelling.
