Music and the Love of Food

6 July 2026

Festival preparations are in full swing, including all our meal plans. Not only do we aim to keep our guest artists happy and well fed (good food leads directly to good music-making) but our audience as well.

Some friendly local pubs are offering special festival meals at very reasonable prices, with the chance to enjoy a delicious supper and congenial company on three of the concert evenings.

Capacity is limited but there are still places available - enquiries and bookings directly by phone on the numbers given below.

In addition, refreshments are available at many of the festival events, including an abundance of home-made cake. Donations for these will be gratefully received.

Booking information for the evening meals:

Thursday 16th July at the London Inn, St Neot

A pre-concert meal from 6pm. This is a very friendly place with a relaxed vibe. Book by telephoning the pub on 01579 326728

Friday 17th July: a post-concert supper from 7.30pm at the historic and quirky Blisland Inn.

Great home-cooked food by Lee, and a wide range of draught beers. On a fine evening, sitting outdoors and looking out over the beautiful village green is truly blissful. Book by telephoning the pub on 01208 850739.

Saturday 18th July:  a pre-concert Summer Buffet from 6pm at the delightfully cosy Old School Inn in North Hill.

Just a few places left: book by telephoning the pub on 07897 751887. The pub is also open for drinks after the concert, with entertainment by Trev the pub pianist, a local legend.
